Century 21 Hallmark Realty was originally started as Hallmark Realty in 1968 by Rocco Morrella Jr., the founder of the company. In 1972, Hallmark Realty became Century 21 Hallmark Realty. It was one of the original 9 independent offices in Santa Clara County that joined an organization known as Century 21. Today, it is the oldest Century 21 office in Santa Clara County. In September of 2002, Century 21 Hallmark celebrated its 30th year under the Century 21 system.

Through community involvement, commitment to customer service and the use of technology, Century 21 Hallmark has been serving the Real Estate needs of the people of Santa Clara County. Century 21 Hallmark has been at its present location at 1898 Curtner Ave. in San Jose since 1980.

Now under the leadership and guidance of Rocco Morrella III, Century 21 Hallmark and its associates continue their commitment to the community they have served so faithfully for the past 3 decades.
